The same slow-cooked, deep, rich curry of beef with a side of steamed jasmine rice, ready to be zapped in the microwave for a virtually instant dinner. Please note, this comes in a foil container but it's microwave safe. Just make sure you only put one container in the microwave at a time. To microwave from frozen, pierce the film a few times and heat for 4 minutes, then peel back the plastic film and gently stir. Microwave for a further 2-3 minutes, or until piping hot. (4 minutes only if defrosted). Allow to rest for 1 minute and serve.
To reheat in the oven from frozen, remove plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes, or until piping hot (20 minutes if defrosted).
