and a distinctively Greek accent courtesy of cinnamon and rosemary. Defrost before reheating wither in a saucepan or microwave, stirring occasionally, until piping hot then dish it up in a big bowl with some crusty Iggy's sourdough or mash. A Greek salad on the side would be nicely appropriate but a green salad would work just as well.
