PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.

Please note: this dish comes in a microwave-safe container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.

Defrost fully, peel off the film before reheating in the microwave, or empty into a saucepan and reheat gently, stirring regularly until piping hot. As you reheat it, the mash may separate and look lumpy and watery for a time but if you heat it gently in a saucepan, stirring from time to time, then suddenly, magically, it will reassemble itself and be as fluffy and delicious as it was the day it was made.
