Being steamed in coconut milk and infused with kaffir lime leaves does all sorts of good things to jasmine rice and elevates a side dish into a star. We use the absorption method which results in tender, fluffy, fragrant rice.

Frozen product. Reheat straight from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.PLEASE NOTE: this dish comes in a microwave-safe foil container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.
Pierce the film with a fork several times.
DEFROSTED: microwave for 2 minutes. Peel back the film, stir gently and microwave for a further 1 minute or until piping hot.
FROZEN: microwave for 3 minutes. Peel back the film, stir gently and microwave for a further 1 minute or until piping hot.
Fluff rice with a fork before serving with any Asian dinner.
Microwave ovens vary considerably. Please adjust heating times if necessary.
