Classic beef lasagne
Beef bolognese [minced beef, crushed tomatoes (tomato puree, citric acid), onion, red wine, celery, carrot, tomato paste, garlic, olive oil, salt, bay leaves, thyme], béchamel sauce [milk, parmesan cheese (milk, salt, cultures, non-animal rennet), butter (cream, salt), plain flour, salt, nutmeg], pasta sheets ( wheat, water), mozzarella (milk salt cultures rennet anticaking agent (460) preservative (200)).

- Small:Serves two adults with salad.
- Large:Serves four adults with salad.
Serve with a salad of mixed green leaves or rocket and Parmesan. If feeding hungry teens, you might want to supply some crusty sourdough on the side, too.
Frozen product. Cook straight from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C .
DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 60 minutes or until golden across the top.
FROZEN: cook for approximately 70 minutes or until golden across the top.
DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 40 minutes or until golden across the top.
FROZEN: cook for approximately 55 minutes or until golden across the top.
ESSENTIAL: allow to rest for 10 minutes to firm up otherwise it will be sloppy!
Serve with a green salad.
