HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

We make our schnitzels the same way you would at home - we just save you making the mess! We slice free-range chicken breast fillets lengthways and pound them out to an even thickness, then dunk them in flour and coat them in free-range egg and finally, press them in crisp panko breadcrumbs then snap-freeze. 

INGREDIENTS

Free range chicken breast, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, dextrose, water), egg, plain flour, salt, black pepper.

Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Dairy, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, Soy, Sulphites .

SIZES

  • Large:Four pieces of chicken schnitzel. Serves 4 adults with accompaniments.

GOES WITH

Serve with lemon wedges, Dijon mustard and leafy greens or a fennel and cabbage slaw.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

Note: This product contains raw chicken, and must be fully cooked before consumption. 

 

Defrost fully before cooking. Heat oil (approx. 5mm deep) over medium heat in a frying pan and fry gently for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towel before serving with lemon wedges and a salad.
