HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

We lightly season free-range chicken tenderloins, then roll them in flour, free-range egg, and panko breadcrumbs. There's no added oil, no strange numbers and, triumph of triumphs, the children the kids love them!

INGREDIENTS

Chicken tenderloin, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, dextrose, water), free range eggs, plain flour, salt

SIZES

  • Small:460g, approximately 6 goujans- Serves 2 adults with accompaniments.

GOES WITH

Serve with potato wedges, tomato sauce or aioli. Also perfect for lunch boxes or wrapped in tortillas or sushi.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Defrost fully, heat oil in a frying pan - about 5mm deep. Fry the goujans for 3-4 minutes a side or until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel and serve with potato wedges and aioli or tomato sauce.
