Super loaded vegie rice
Water, brown rice, mushroom, Chinese cabbage, edamame, sweet corn, carrot, onion, ginger, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), spring onion, dry sherry, rice bran oil, maple syrup, garlic, sesame oil, salt
- Small:Serves one adult as a main, two as a side
Frozen product. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.
This dish comes in a microwave-safe foil container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.
Peel back the film and pour the sachet of sauce over the rice then lay the plastic film back over the tray.
DEFROSTED: microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes, or until piping hot.
FROZEN: microwave for 4 minutes. Stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes, or until piping hot.
Serve on its own with a fried egg or pan-fried tofu or as an accompaniment to any Asian dinner.
Microwave ovens vary considerably please adjust heating times if necessary.
