Quinoa super foods salad
Sweet potato, quinoa, edamame, dressing [lemon juice, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), honey, olive oil, sesame oil], spinach, almonds, pepitas, ginger, olive oil, salt, sesame seeds.
- Small:Serves one hungry person to 2 adults as a side dish.
Frozen product. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
Peel back film and remove the sachets. Lay the film back over the tray.DEFROSTED: microwave for 3 minutes, stirring gently halfway through.
FROZEN: microwave for 6 minutes, stirring gently halfway through. Defrost the dressing in a bowl of warm water.
OVEN: Remove the plastic film and sachets and cover with foil before reheating in an oven (FF) at 180C.
Add the nuts and seeds, and drizzle the dressing over the salad. Serve on its own, topped with eggs or goats cheese or as a side dish with any protein.
Can also be served at room temperature with a handful of baby spinach and rocket leaves.
Microwave ovens vary considerably. Please adjust heating times if necessary.
