Harissa-rubbed pork with white beans, lemon and chard
First, we rub pork shoulder in the harissa paste and cook slowly overnight. Then we shred the pork and serve it on top of cooked white beans that have been tossed in a garlicky, herby dressing and stirred through wilted chard.
It comes with a sachet of extra harissa to drizzle over the pork.
- Individual:Serves one adult
Frozen product. Reheat straight from frozen or defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.
Peel back the film and remove the sachet of harissa then lay the film back over the tray.
Defrosted: Microwave for 3 minutes until piping hot then drizzle the harissa over the pork.
Frozen: Microwave for 6 minutes stirring halfway through. Microwave the sachet of harissa for approximately 10 seconds and drizzle over the pork.
Can also be heated in the oven till piping hot. Remove the sachet and cover with foil before reheating.

This dish comes in a microwave-safe foil container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.
