HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

Being steamed in coconut milk and infused with kaffir lime leaves does all sorts of good things to jasmine rice and elevates a side dish into a star. We use the absorption method which results in tender, fluffy, fragrant rice.

INGREDIENTS

Jasmine rice, kaffir lime leaves, coconut oil, coconut milk, vegetable stock (Massel),salt.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. 

PLEASE NOTE: this dish comes in a microwave-safe foil container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely. 

To reheat, pierce the film with a fork. Microwave for 2 minutes (from defrosted) to 3 minutes (from frozen). Peel back the film, stir gently and microwave for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Fluff rice with a fork before serving.
